The Bach Ensemble – southwest Florida’s only Baroque ensemble – is a 50-voice, auditioned, community based chorus dedicated to championing and performing the works of J.S. Bach, his Baroque contemporaries, and later composers inspired by his legacy. Established in 2001, the Ensemble and its professional Bach Ensemble Chamber Orchestra have become major players in the local classical music culture. In addition to authentic live performances with renowned soloists in Florida and abroad, the Ensemble transmits Baroque mastery to the next generation through its internship program and the annual Bach Festival.

The Chorus of the Everglades is a Naples-based barbershop group consisting of men who share a love of a cappella singing (no music accompaniment). Some are permanent Florida residents, but the majority are Snowbirds. We present performances throughout the year in various venues and participate in community activities such as parades and festivals. We sing “the old songs” loved by all. Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers is an 80-voice auditioned choir formed to offer singers a challenging, all-encompassing musical experience. The Mastersingers provide an opportunity for experienced singers to perform a wide range of choral music throughout Southwest Florida with a strong emphasis on the masterworks thereby promoting and enhancing the choral art form.
The Gulf Coast Big Band, Provides free big band/jazz concerts in the park. All net proceeds raised from audience contributions and sponsors are used to grant music scholarships to qualified high school students to attend summer band camps or obtain private lessons. They are comprised of musicians with a variety of musical backgrounds and experience, and works to share the swinging sounds of the 1930s, ’40s and ’50s.
The Hyacinth Series offers uplifting and inspiring musical programs to the greater Naples community. The concerts are free, and donations are accepted at each program. They are sponsored by Moorings Presbyterian Church, where it has presented more than 30 years of concerts.

Music for Minors Foundation awards new and gently-used instruments to deserving students in Collier and Lee counties. Since 2004, they have awarded over 200 instruments. In addition, scholarships are awarded to Music for Minors students to receive private lessons, and college scholarshiups to honor its founder, Dorothy Friedenreich. Students must have excellent grades in all subjects, remain in their band or orchestra at school, and must return annually for three years to graduate from MFM and own his/her instrument.
Naples Big Band is a nonprofit organization with a dual mission: 1) to promote, preserve, and perform American big band music of the mid-1900s, and 2) to financially support jazz education in Collier County high schools.
Naples Concert Band was formed in 1972 as a small non-profit band of 10 musicians playing to audiences in the few hundreds. With a rapidly expanding audience and band, and funding provided only through donor and community support, the band now performs each year to crowds in the hundreds. The band boasts a robust scholarship program that has awarded over $100,000 in student scholarships.
The Naples Jazz Society, Naples Jazzmasters and the Naples Dixieland Jazz Band have brought smiles to thousands of faces and forced the tapping of countless happy toes in Cambier Park. They provide free jazz concerts at the Norris Center and Cambier Park in downtown Naples.

The Stardust Memories Big BandThe Stardust Memories Big Band is a 17 piece ensemble comprised of some of SW Florida’s finest jazz musicians, and was created to carry forward the legacy of this original American art form. The group strives to provide the highest quality big band music available to audiences in SW FL, through public and private performances. An integral part of its Mission is to support the development of young and aspiring musicians from area schools.
Voices of Naples, a community chorus for Naples area residents, performs a variety of choral music. The “Sing-Along” Messiah” is presented annually in November.
